St. Louis Park couldn't hold a two-point halftime lead and fell on the road to Columbia Heights, 53-48.
Abigail Olson led the Orioles (4-7) with 13 points, while Mara Henderson added nine and Amy Schulz had eight.

SLP, BSM Nordic Skiing
The Orioles and Red Knights both competed at Theodore Wirth Park in a multi-team, 4.5 kilometer race. Park finished second overall among 10 boys teams and third overall among 10 girls teams. BSM finished seventh and ninth, respectively.
Park senior Michael Cork finished first individually out of 91 skiers with a time of 0:11:25. Freshman Sean Cork came in sixth. The highest placing Red Knight was sophomore Andrew Egger, who came in 16th.
On the girls side, Park junior Sara Webb was the highest finishing local skier, coming in sixth with a time of 0:15:47. BSM eighth-grader Amanda Kautzer came in 11th.
