personal development opportunity free event

Talking Meds Toastmasters invites visitors to its open house to meet members and hear a special guest speaker, Bryce Anderson, recent winner of both the Humorous and Table Topics Extemporaneous speeches in the Toastmasters Area 61 (St. Louis Park, Hopkins, Minnetonka, Golden Valley) contest. Members and guests will also enjoy a Table Topics session (impromptu speeches) and evaluations. Snacks will be provided. Talking Meds, which celebrated its 25th Anniversary earlier this year, is an open Toastmasters club, not affiliated with any employer or industry. Its members come from all walks of life.

Talking Meds Toastmasters provides a supportive and positive environment where members have the opportunity to develop their communication and leadership skills,” says Dawn Miller, President for Talking Meds Toastmasters. “If you want to speak with more confidence, think on your feet, lead a meeting or provide constructive feedback, Toastmasters is a perfect forum,” commented Miller.
