Visions for Vacancies: Old Coffee Plant

Typically, we've featured smaller, commercial spaces in this column. However, a large plant is sitting vacant just off of Highway 7.

The Sara Lee coffee plant , leaving 37,500 square-feet of empty space. The building had been , and before that, peanut butter was produced here.

The building is currently listed for sale. Most likely, it will remain industrial, unless a buyer breaks it up into smaller, commercial lots. What would you like to see go here? Tell us in the comments below.
