1 Killed In 3-Car Crash On Highway 55 In Wright County: Police
A 61-year-old Buffalo man died Monday after his car was rear-ended and pushed into oncoming traffic, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
WRIGHT COUNTY, MN β One person was killed and three were injured in a three-car crash Monday afternoon on Highway 55 in Buffalo, according to police.
Doug Long, 61, of Buffalo, died after his car was rear-ended and pushed into oncoming traffic, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
Long was stopped in the eastbound lane of Highway 55 to turn left into Junction Towing when he was rear-ended around 3:25 p.m. Monday by an 18-year-old from Buffalo, police said.

That crash pushed Longβs car into the westbound lane of the highway, where it was hit by a sedan carrying an 86-year-old man and 81-year-old woman from Maple Lake, according to police.
The 18-year-old Buffalo man and both Maple Lake residents were treated Monday at Buffalo Hospital for injuries that were not life-threatening, the State Patrol said.
