ST. MICHAEL, MN β Two longtime St. Michael-Albertville Schools employees were recently inducted into the districtβs Hall of Fame.
Longtime head custodian Franklin Blake and former middle school activities director Scott Sukalski are set to be honored at a Hall of Fame induction ceremony May 16.
Blake retired from the St. Michael-Albertville School District in 2013 as head custodian after a 40-year career.

The district altered the role of the middle school activities director after Sukalski's retirement and hired two people to replace him for the next school year, North Wright County Today reported.
The STMA Hall of Fame honors those with βa longstanding history of service to the district.β
New MN Congressional Maps Released: No Changes In St. Michael
Nominees were required to have at least five years of service to the district as a community member or former employee and must have provided "exceptionally meritorious service and demonstrated commitment to STMA's tradition of excellence,β according to the criteria.
Nominations were reviewed by the district's selection committee, which includes Superintendent Ann-Marie Foucault, two school board members, several school employees and administrators, and a high school student.
