Albertville Farmers Market Seeking Musicians, Business Sponsors for 2013 Season

More than 1,000 shoppers attend the annual Albertville Lions Farmers Market - visiting more than 25 local growers and vendors offered their products for sale at the market.

The 2013 Albertville Farmers Market Season will be every 3-7 p.m. Thursday from June 13 until Sept. 26, located at the Lions Shelter in Central Park just off Main Avenue in downtown Albertville.  Rain or shine, customers are able to shop under a covered shelter.

For the 2013 season, the Albertville Lions will be hosting live musicians during the market from 5-7 p.m. The Lions are seeking musicians who would be interested in providing musical entertainment at the Farmers Market.  Musicians can be solo or a group.  Musical acts will be compensated $100 for their two hour performance.

If you or someone you know is interested in performing at the Farmers Market respond to the phone or email below. The Lions are also looking for local business sponsors to offset the cost of the music. For a sponsorship of $100, your business would be the exclusive sponsor for the live music of the week. Any business sponsors will be allowed to feature their business at the Farmers Market for the week of their sponsorship.
