Arctic Cold Returns To St. Michael Ahead Of Messy Friday

ST. MICHAEL, MN — St. Michael is set to experience a weather rollercoaster in the coming days, with temperatures to dip below zero Thursday night before climbing above freezing this weekend.

The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook for much of the Twin Cities region, warning wind chills could reach as low as 25 degrees below zero overnight Wednesday and Thursday.

St. Michael could see snow Friday, with wind gusts as high as 40 mph, forecasters said.

There is a 30 percent chance of precipitation Friday in St. Michael, according to the NWS.
