Constitution Week in St. Michael Proclaimed Sept. 17-23

As citizens throughout the United States are recognizing Sept. 17-23 as Constitution Week, the city of St. Michael is recognizing the observance as well.

A proclamation (above) was made at the Sept. 10 St. Michael City Council meeting. 

On Sept. 17, 1787 the U.S. Constitution was signed by delegates in Philadelphia’s Independence Hall. In honor of the historic event, President Bush officially declared   Sept. 17-23 as Constitution Week.
