Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued Monday In Wright County

WRIGHT COUNTY, MN — The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook Monday morning in Wright County, with several inches of snow expected throughout the region.

The NWS said 1-3 inches of snowfall was expected Monday morning mostly north of Interstate 94, but some areas in Wright County have already seen more snow than that.

The latest snowfall reports from the National Weather Service show 4.2 inches of snow had fallen in Buffalo by 11 a.m. Monday, while Albertville recorded snowfall of 4 inches.

At least 3 inches of snow had fallen in parts of St. Michael by Monday morning, according to the NWS.

Snow is expected to stop around noon Monday, with much nicer weather in the forecast for the Wright County area. High temperatures could reach 55 on Sunday, the NWS said.
