Heat Cancels All St. Michael Soccer Activity This Week
The more than 400 players in the St. Michael-Albertville youth soccer system will have to wait a week to wrap up the summer season.

The heat wave that has gripped the St. Michael-Albertville area has claimed its first victim.
St. Michael-Albertville United summer soccer, which enlists more than 700 young players in both rec and advance leagues, has postponed all activities for this week's final sessions of summer soccer.
That includes games, practices and the "summer jamboree" for all rec soccer players ages 5 to 10, which was set for Wednesday.
