ST. MICHAEL, MN — Cities and counties across the country are bringing back many of the traditional Independence Day activities that were either canceled or modified the last two years.     • Delano Firework Spectacular — 10:30 p.m. in Central Park
• Annandale 4th of July Celebration
  • Thursday, June 30 to Monday, July 4
    • Boat parade — 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday, July 3
    • Parade — 10 a.m. Monday, July 4
    • Fireworks — at dusk Monday, July 4
