KSTP: Swartout Lake Rescue Near Buffalo Almost a Tragic Ending
Drowning is no way for a duck hunter to go down. Three men from Central Minnesota narrowly survived a bad mishap west of St. Michael last weekend.
Some duck hunters near Buffalo survived a real scare last weekend after their boat and four bags of decoys capsized on a small lake.Â
A local DNR official and some fellow hunters teamed with fire crews from Maple Lake and Buffalo to make the rescue.Â
