Survived by husband, Jim; mother, Gail Yates; siblings, Pete, Michelle, and Steve; children, Sarah Yates and Joe (Tina) Welker; 5 step sons; 1 step daughter; 17 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; and other relatives and friends.
Service 1 p.m. Monday, March 11, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center, with visitation noon to 1 p.m. Monday. Interment Mound Cemetery.
