St. Michael Area Businesses Team Up for Kids Health Fair

Information on everything from chiropractic care to eye health for kids will be available to families Saturday morning at the St. Michael City Center.

Parents are always in need of information. Like sponges, the mop up on details for everything from diet to dangerous play as they try to raise their young ones.

How about a one-stop shop?

Several St. Michael-Albertville businesses are teaming up Saturday, March 10 at the with FYCC (Family Youth Coummunity Connection) for a three-hour Kids Health Expo. The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon.

The event will provide information on a wide array of services, incuding resources for parents with special needs, healthcare information and even sports safety facts.

A pediatrician from and psychology will be on hand. There will be free hair feathers and face-painting for all kids as well.

The first 100 kids in attendance will receive a goodie bag courtesy of the participating businesses.

St. Michael Patch will be on hand, as well, with information about other various community resources for moms, dads and kids.
