St. Michael Brush Fire Highlights Police, Fire Calls

February 10

AFD responded for mutual aid at 8:47 a.m. on the 6400 block of Mill Trail Drive in Monticello for a structure fire at a residence.

February 13

Jason Christopher Babler, 35, of St Michael was arrested in St Michael on charges of obstruct legal process and disorderly conduct.

February 16

Troy Virgil Giller, 25, of Albertville was arrested in Otsego on a Wright County warrant for 2nd degree DWI.

James Robert Hanson, 51, of Otsego was arrested in Buffalo on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for 2nd degree controlled substance violation.

February 17

Andrew Curtis Pollari, 22, of Otsego was arrested in Isanti County on a Wright County warrant for disorderly conduct.

Samantha Marie Karg, 26, of Minneapolis was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for permitting a child to be exposed to methamphetamine.

February 18

St. Michael Fire responded to a mutual aid fire call in the 11000^th block of 34^th Street NE in Albertville.  There was a grass fire.

St. Michael Fire responded to a medical call in the 11000^th block of 16^th Place NE.  There was a 7-year-old male having chest pain.

February 19

Albertville Fire conducted a brush fire training exercise along Barthel Industrial Boulevard.

February 22

St. Michael Fire responded to a medical call in the 10000^th block of 34^th Place NE.  They were cancelled en-route.

There were 30 property damage accidents, three personal injury accidents, seven hit-and-run accidents and six car vs. deer accidents. There were seven arrests for DWI, four underage consumption arrests and 72 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.
