St. Michael Rings In The Holiday Season With Inaugural WinterFest
St. Michael hosted its first WinterFest on Saturday to kick off the holiday season.
ST. MICHAEL, MN — A group of St. Michael community organizations and businesses teamed up to host the city’s first WinterFest on Saturday to launch the holiday season.
The inaugural WinterFest featured an ugly sweater contest, appearances from Santa, Mrs. Claus and live reindeer, and a tree-lighting ceremony.

Activities were held at St. Michael City Hall and Town Center Park.
WinterFest was organized by Shop STMA, Friends of the Library, the St. Michael-Albertville Rotary Club, Family Youth Community Connections, SOAR Regional Arts, and the City of St. Michael.
