Theft, Warrant Arrests and Alcohol Incidents: Wright County Arrest Report

The following incidents were among the arrests in the county made by Wright County deputies June 3-10, 2013. All individuals are charged but are innocent until proven guilty in Wright County District Court.

June 3

• A 46-year-old Buffalo woman was arrested in Buffalo on the charges of domestic assault and second degree assault.

June 5

• A 53-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello Township on the charges of 2nd degree assault, terroristic threats, driving after cancellation inimical to public safety, 3rd degree DWI test refusal, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

• A 26-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello Township on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation.

• A 61-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

• A 20-year-old Rogers man was charged with gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property.

June 6

• A  Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on a Buffalo PD warrant for a probation violation.

June 7

• A 43-year-old Vadnais Heights was arrested in Buffalo on a Minnesota State Patrol warrant for 1st degree possession of narcotics.

•  A 36-year-old Isanti man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for theft.

• A 30-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Buffalo on Wright County warrants for 5th degree controlled substance violation and theft.

• A 29-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello Township on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

June 8

• A 31-yaer-old New York man was arrested in Buffalo on apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

•  A 26-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

• A 44-year-old Monticello woman was arrested in Monticello on the charges of first degree DWI, driving after cancellation inimical to public safety and open bottle.

•  A 21-year-old Greenfield man was arrested in Albertville on the charge of carrying a pistol under the influence.

June 9

• A 45-year-old St. Michael woman was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

•  A 34-year-old Arkansas man was arrested in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for fugitive from justice.

June 10

• A 34-year-old St. Michael man was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of 2nd degree DWI.

 There were 31 property damage accidents, one personal injury accident, two hit and run accidents and five car/deer accidents.

There were 12 arrests for DWI, nine underage consumption arrest, and 44 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported for this time period.
