Trick-or-Treat Events Planned In St. Michael Area

This weekend's holiday celebrations in St. Michael include Alleluia Lutheran Church's Halloween party and winter clothing drive.

ST. MICHAEL, MN β€” Several St. Michael-area businesses and organizations are set to host Halloween events over the weekend to celebrate the holiday.

Alleluia Lutheran Church, 10401 30th St. NE, is throwing a β€œTrick or Trunk” Halloween party from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, with bounce houses, face-painting and other activities for kids.

The church is asking guests to bring gently used or new winter coats, hats, gloves and other winter clothing, as well as non-perishable food items, which will be donated to the CommUnity Food and Clothing Drive and Hanover Food Shelf, according to an event posting.

Family Youth Community Connections, 5975 Main Ave. NE in Albertville, is scheduled to host a kids Halloween event from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday. The Albertville Premium Outlets is holding a trick-or-treat event from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, with more than a dozen businesses handing out candy.

Free Grace United in Albertville is set to throw a kids Halloween party during its Sunday morning services. The party will feature a costume contest, games, candy and a bounce house, according to an event posting.

The party will be followed by a trunk-or-treat event from noon to 1 p.m.
