UPDATE: Snow Forces Cancellations, Rescheduling for Some St. Michael Events

St. Michael Catholic Church has canceled Faith Formation classes at the church tonight.

Word of Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers will host Lenten services at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m., but there will not be confirmation classes this evening. 

No midweek lent service at tonight.

The wintry weather in the St. Michael-Albertville area Wednesday will no doubt cause some schedule shuffling as people hunker down or dig out.

Here's a list of announcements so far:

Riverside Church in Monticello has canceled all Wednesday night activities, including the Leap Day celebration.

The girls basketball Section 8-4A opening round game vs. Bemidji scheduled for Tuesday night has been moved to Thursday night. Tip is still at 7 p.m. at

The boys' basketball games, which had been moved from Tuesday to Wednesday night in Rogers, have been moved BACK to tonight. The freshman team kicks things off at 4 p.m., with the varsity game set to tip at 7:15 p.m. at Rogers High School. This is a regular season contest. The boys close out the regular season vs. Monti at home on Friday.
