WRIGHT COUNTY, MN — More than a dozen townships in Wright County held elections March 8, with a successful write-in campaign the highlight of the unofficial election results.

Twenty-one of the 27 races on township offices across the county were uncontested, with just one candidate on the ballot.

Twenty of those candidates won their races, but there was an unexpected upset last week in Stockholm Township, according to unofficial results from Wright County.
