• Adopt-A-Family update for Dec. 13 (gwcommonwealth.com) — Greenwood residents are being asked to help 249 low-income families through the annual Adopt-A-Family program, sponsored by The Salvation Army and The Greenwood Commonwealth. With Scott Petroleum as title sponsor, community members can adopt a family for $125 by paying at the Salvation Army office on Mississippi 7 South, supporting local neighbors in need this Christmas.
