• Rex Morris (thetylertowntimes.org) — Tylertown is mourning the passing of 93-year-old Rex Morris, a lifelong resident who died Nov. 29 at Walthall General Hospital. Remembered as a devoted husband of 66 years, skilled carpenter and electrician, and Dexter Water Association superintendent, he was laid to rest at Crystal Springs Cemetery after services at Crystal Springs Baptist Church in Tylertown.
