Missouri Connections Academy Opens Enrollment for 2023-2024

Missouri Connections Academy (MOCA), a tuition-free, full-time K-12 virtual school, has opened enrollment for the 2023-2024 academic year and invites families to consider the trusted online program when making educational decisions for their students.

Missouri Connections Academy offers students a personalized online education with highly-skilled teachers trained specifically to work in the virtual classroom. With learning plans tailored to match their individual interests and capabilities, students thrive academically while gaining the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a changing world.

Lindsay Isbell of Warrensburg enrolled her daughter, Phalen, in Missouri Connections Academy in 2021 because she believes her daughter needs a more individualized learning environment where she can stay focused. According to Lindsay, the flexible, asynchronous learning schedule is perfect for a student like Phalen who isn’t always able to sit still for long periods of time and sometimes needs the flexibility to take extra time on assignments. Lindsay said she’s also thankful that she can be more involved in Phalen’s academic life.

“Phalen is an atypical learner who greatly benefits from one-on-one support, and this wasn't an option at her local district school. She is now thriving and I'm able to help her stay engaged and excited about school,” Lindsay said. “Missouri Connections Academy is great for students who are able to succeed in an online learning format and I would recommend it to anybody who needs a flexible schedule.”
