Despite the ability to file their taxes electronically, people are more stressed, lack sleep and are less tolerant around April 15.

Traditionally, that's the day to file taxes in the U.S. This year, people can file their taxes on April 17 due to a Washington DC holiday that delays the due date.

The high stress on tax day, however, means people are more likely to get into car wrecks, according to an American Medical Association, reports the Bloomberg website.
