Planning and Zoning Commission — at City Hall, 2101 Jeffco Blvd., on Tuesday at 7 p.m. 

• Elimination of minimum lot size for churches
• Approval of Aldi landscaping plan
• Approval of Home Service Oil site plan for 1919 Richardson Road
• Review of Sketch Plan Arnold Animal Hospital
• Update on Temporary Sign Regulation

Aging in Disabilities Commission — at City Hall, 2101 Jeffco Blvd., in the lower level on Thursday at 4:30 p.m. Parking found at the rear of the building.

City Council Meeting— at City Hall, 2101 Jeffco Blvd., on Thursday at 7 p.m. City council members will vote on the following items.

• Waving the trash collection fee for September 2011
• Adding new members of the Board of Appeals, Board of Adjustments and Board of Tourism
• Award of grass-cutting contract

Free Concert — At Arnold City Park, entrance near the east side of the intersection of Jeffco Boulevard and Bradley Beach Road, event starts at 7 p.m.
