• Rockport Baptist Church may buy St. David property in Arnold (myleaderpaper.com) — Major property deals among Holy Family Parish, Rockport Baptist Church, and the Rock Community Fire Protection District could reshape key church sites and emergency services in Arnold. Rock Fire plans to use bond funds to buy Rockport’s Telegraph Road property and build a new community safety and training center, while Holy Family will put proceeds from selling the St. David campus toward a new church on Church Road.
   

• County committee talks data center wastewater, air quality regulations (myleaderpaper.com) — Jefferson County officials, including Arnold’s District 2 Councilman Billy Crow, are shaping strict wastewater, stormwater, and air-quality rules for any future data centers that could affect local neighborhoods. Residents can now watch past committee meetings and review presentations through a new “Data Center Information Updates” section on the county website, as staff work toward draft regulations and a public hearing in March.
