Fenton Church Owes $127,000 to Arnold Construction Company

A St. Louis County lien says Southwest Christian Church still owes money for a school built by Commercial Source LLC.

Although officials of Southwest Christian Church of Fenton and Commercial Source LLC of Arnold declined to comment on the $127,000 dispute, to due ongoing mediation, the legal paper work says it all.

The Arnold company filed a lien saying that the church owes money for related to a high school built on Smizer Station Road, the stltoday.com website says.

An attorney for the church said that construction costs, which were not included in the contract, increased the total fee by about $300,000.
