First Bank Assistant VP Joins Fight Against Breast Cancer

Patti Christopher will serve as an ambassador for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

First Bank’s Patti Christopher has been chosen as a local ambassador for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, an American Cancer Society walk designed to raise awareness and funds to end breast cancer.

Christopher, who serves as Assistant Vice President at First Bank’s Arnold, Missouri branch (3850 Jeffco Blvd), was one of nine local survivors named an ambassador. The other ambassadors are Becky Kohler (Ellisville, Missouri), Courtney Stotler (St. Louis), Dawn Hassbaum (Barnhart, Missouri), Holly Lincoln (Imperial, Missouri), Lesa Nollau (Smithton, Illinois), Melanie Long (Rock Hill, Missouri), Ronda Salazar (St. Louis), and Tina Schlottman (St. Louis).

As an ambassador, Christopher will be profiled in a Stories of Hope video, participate in media opportunities to promote breast cancer awareness, attend events, and recruit team leaders and teams for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

The American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is the largest network of breast cancer events in the nation. The noncompetitive three- to five-mile walks unite nearly 300 communities with a shared determination to finish the fight against breast cancer.

Christopher lives in Festus, Missouri.
