Fish Fry, Book Sale and Crafts Events to Enjoy in Arnold This Weekend

Here are some weekend events for people to enjoy beginning today.

Friends of Arnold Library Book Sale

  • The annual Friends of Arnold Library book sale is this weekend, with plenty of hardbacks, paperbacks and children's books on sale for $1 or less each. Admission is free for the rest of the weekend. Proceeds help support the library and its programs.

Spring Cleaning Crafts

  • With all the fun crafts Arnold Library makes in the variety of programs it offers, they have accumulated a lot of extra materials. Library staff invites community members of all ages to help out with spring cleaning by making crafts.

Arnold Eagles Fish Fry

  • An all you can eat fish fry for $12.00 a person with proceeds to benefit the Arnold Eagles, a non-profit organization. Fish served include Baked Cod, Fried shrimp, Jack Salmon, chicken strips,clam strips. Sides are mac and cheese, fries, green beans, cole slaw, corn on the cob. Homemade desserts for $1.00 more. Tater sauce and cocktail sauce available. Carry out service is available, not all you can eat, but it will be more than most people can eat.
