Golf Scramble, Auto Show All Day Saturday

5th Annual Golf Scramble — Participants receive lunch, attendance prizes and goody bags. he Arnold Parks and Recreation Department and the Arnold Police Department sponsor this annual event which kicks off with an 8 a.m. shot gun start.

Arnold Historical Society Car Show and Barbecue — The Arnold Historical Society is hosting a car show and barbecue on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., on the Fox C-6 Service Center parking lot. Proceeds will benefit the Historical Society's Museum Relocation Fund.

• Where: 849 Jeffco Blvd., at the Fox C-6 Service Center
• When: Saturday, June 11, at 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m.
• Fees: There is a $20 per car entry fee. Cars of all makes and models are invited to arrive beginning at 8:30am. The first 65 cars will receive a dash plaque.  There are 16 classes.
• Awards: People’s Choice, Mayor’s Choice, and Best of Show.
• Activities: A demonstration of the assembly of a 1926 Model T Roadster in 10 minutes will take place at 12:30pm.  Car Judging  begins at 1 p.m. Awards presented at 3 p.m.
• Rain Date: In the event of rain, the show will be rescheduled for July 9.
