Memorial Breakfast and Ceremony Will Honor Fallen Officers

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office will honor law enforcement officials who lost their lives during service in a special ceremony and breakfast on May 15. 

The ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office in Hillsboro, according to a release from the Sheriff's Department. The event is free and open to the public. 

The 13th annual Jefferson County Law Enforcement Police Memorial Prayer Breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. at the Best Western Shalimar Plaza Hotel & Conference Center, 1200 West Gannon Dr., in Festus. Tickets are $15 each, and will also be available in tables of 10.
