Notice Of Public Hearing Jefferson County, Missouri – Stormwater Amendments Chapter 505

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that a public open house meeting to view the proposed amendments to the existing Chapter 505 Code of Ordinances for Jefferson County, Missouri, controlling erosion and sedimentation control/stormwater management in the unincorporated territory of Jefferson County, Missouri.

The public hearing will be held on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.

Citizens of Jefferson County are urged to attend this public hearing, held in the Assembly Room in the Jefferson County Administration Center, 729 Maple Street, Hillsboro, Missouri, and will be asked to submit comments or input, in writing to the County Council.

If you require personal assistance at the public meeting, please notify the Jefferson County Department of Stormwater by December 30th., 2021 at 636-797-6228 so that arrangements for services can be made.

Written statements will be received and made part of the public hearing record if received by January 7th., 2021.
