Update: Tornado Warning Issued for Arnold extended Until 5:15 p.m.

National Weather Service trained weather spotters reported baseball sized hail in De Soto.

Update: National Weather Service spotter reported a funnel cloud in Byrnes Mill in Jefferson County at about 4 p.m. 

The tornado warning was been extended to 5:15, the NWS website stated.

A tornado warning is in effect until 4:15 p.m. for Arnold and portions of Jefferson County, said The National Weather Service.

A warning means a tornado has been spotted or meteorologists are seeing radar signs that a tornado is imminent. 

Radar spotted a power line of storms near De Soto and moving north at 20 mph, the NWS website said. At about 3:30 p.m., NWS trained weather spotters reported baseball sized hail in De Soto.
