USA Mortgage Closes 591 Loans Totaling $72,065,053 During Agency’s FY 2016, a 25% Increase over FY 2015 Dollar Volume

St. Louis-based USA Mortgage/DAS Acquisition Co. LLC is again the No. 1 lender in the Missouri USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) Guaranteed Rural Housing (GRH) program. The firm claimed the top spot for the sixth consecutive year by closing an all-time high 591 home loans valued at $72,065,053 between Oct. 1, 2015 and Sept. 30, 2016. The GRH dollar volume generated by USA Mortgage in FY 2016 was 25% higher than the $57,785,284 it recorded in FY 2015.

Overall in FY 2016, Missouri USDA officials reported that 4,927 Missouri families purchased residences valued at $573,979,543 through the GRH program. FY 2016 results basically equaled FY 2015 totals when 5,019 Missouri families purchased residences valued at $579,164,565 under the auspices of GRH.

In the bi-state region, USA Mortgage/DAS has topped the $1 billion mark in home loan volume annually since 2009 and been tabbed its largest home lender since 2012.
