• Crystal City man sentenced to seven years in prison after probation revoked (myleaderpaper.com) — A 38-year-old Crystal City resident has been ordered to serve seven years in state prison after a Jefferson County judge revoked his probation on two prior drug possession convictions. Deputies originally arrested him in early 2023 after a surveillance operation near Festus, where officers reported finding methamphetamine and a fentanyl mixture in his vehicle.
