• Centralia boys run ugly to beat Eldon 62-61 in Norm Stewart Classic (mexicoledger.com) — Eldon High School’s boys basketball team lost a nail-biter to Centralia, 62-61, in Saturday’s Norm Stewart Classic at Mizzou Arena after giving up the lead in the final seconds. Centralia’s late surge, fueled by aggressive pace and key three-pointers, erased a 10-point deficit and spoiled Eldon’s strong first-half rebounding and defensive effort.
