Free Car Seat Safety Check

To ensure that child car seats are properly installed and meet national safety requirements, SSM St. Clare Health Center is offering free car seat safety checks.

Safety checks are conducted on the SSM St. Clare campus – at 1015 Bowles Ave. in Fenton – under the canopy of the St. Francis Building. Certified car seat safety technicians will offer instruction and installation following strict guidelines set by the National Highway Traffic Highway Safety Administration.

The program is open to all families with young children that require car or booster seats. Expectant parents are also invited to have their car seat installed in advance of their new arrival. Parents with children who no longer require car or booster seats will receive information on properly securing seat belts.
