JCPenney Offering Free Back To School Haircuts
The JCPenney Salon at Gravois Bluffs is participating in the nationwide promotion.
Kids heading into Kindergarten through 5th grade can get a free back to school haircut throughout August at the Salon, 798 Gravois Bluffs Boulevard, Fenton, throughout the month of August.
A store representative said appointments are necessary for the free haircut which may be made by stopping by the store, or by calling 636-203-9339.
The JCPenney Salon is just one of several in the St. Louis area participating in the nationwide promotion.
