• Norma L. Bright (nee Ringhausen) (timesnewspapers.com) — Longtime Kirkwood resident Norma L. Bright, 94, is remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who spent decades teaching at St. Peter in Kirkwood and staying active at the Kirkwood YMCA. Her family recalls her quiet kindness, love of volunteering at St. Luke’s Hospital and the Saint Louis Zoo, and the many years she called Kirkwood home.
   

• John 'Jack' Hoeman (timesnewspapers.com) — Kirkwood is mourning the loss of John “Jack” Hoeman, a 76‑year‑old resident remembered for his devotion to family, community service, and volunteer work. A Webster Groves High and Bradley University graduate, he built a long career before dedicating retirement to Kiwanis and local causes. A celebration of his life will be held Dec. 28 in Webster Groves.
