• Townhouse developments underway in bustling St. Charles County residential area (ksdk.com) — A 67-home townhouse project called Rosewood Grove is moving forward on Technology Drive in Lake St. Louis, adding to a cluster of recent housing developments in western St. Charles County. Built by McBride Homes, the townhomes will feature varied elevations, two-car garages, and full basements, with the developer’s representative describing them to city officials as intended to be affordable.
