The victim did and later realized it was a scam. </li> <li>Shoplifting was reported on the 1300 block of Highway K. </li> </ul> March 7 <ul> <li>License plates were reported stolen on the 400 block of Parkgate Drive. </li> <li>A burglary was reported on President Drive. According to police, entry was gained through a sliding glass door and jewelry and a handgun were stolen. </li> <li>Shoplifting was reported on O'Fallon Square.
