Daily Dose: Aug. 25 Edition

Welcome to the O'Fallon Daily Dose, where each morning we'll keep you updated on what's going on around town and what's coming up on Patch. 

Weather 

• According to the National Weather Service, Thursday is expected to be sunny, with a high near 87.

Traffic 

• The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will close one westbound lane of I-64  from 8 a.m. to midday and one eastbound lane midday to 4 p.m.
• One eastbound lane of I-70 from Route 94 to Mid Rivers Mall Drive will close from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• MoDOT will also close one westbound lane of I-70 from Route 94 to Mid Rivers Mall Drive from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• One to two westbound lanes of I-70 from Route Z to Lake Saint Louis Boulevard will close from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Route D will close from Busch Wildlife main entrance to Wildlife Lane until 2 p.m. on Friday.
