Jammin' Concert Features O'Fallon Community Bands

This week's soaring temperatures didn't stop a crowd from enjoying the fourth concert in the O'Fallon Jammin' concert series.

Tuesday night's concert featured the O'Fallon Community Concert Band and the O'Fallon Community Jazz Band.

The free outdoor concerts are held from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday nights at the Civic Park Bandstand. Concert-goers are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets, and concessions are available.

There is no concert scheduled next week because of the holiday, but the rest of the season's lineup follows:

• July 23, Stray Bullet (Rock 'n Roll)
• July 30, O'Fallon Community Concert and Jazz Bands
• August 6, Hillbilly Authority (country)
