Pickleman's to Open in O'Fallon Next Week

A new sandwich shop is headed to O'Fallon.

Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe is set to open sometime next week, according to owner Kevin Moss. The shop is located at 3023 Highway K, near Highway N in the strip mall next to Schnucks and Papa Murphy's.

Construction began Feb. 23 and Moss said should be finished by next week.

Pickleman's offers a variety of toasted sandwiches, pizza, soups, salads and cookies. Click here to see a menu.

According to the Pickleman's website, Doug Stritzel opened the first sandwich shop in Columbia, MO in 2005.

The O'Fallon location is currently hiring:

• In-shop
• Shift manager
• Delivery Driver

Applications are available in an envelope on the front door of the restaurant.
