The following information was supplied by the O'Fallon Police Department. Burglary <ul> <li>A window frame was damaged to gain entry into a residence in the 700 block of Phoenix Way on March 19. A television was stolen.  </li> </ul> Stealing <ul> <li>A 19-year-old homeless female was arrested for stealing enhancement pills and lubricant in the 1300 block of Highway K. </li> <li>A 20-year-old O'Fallon man was arrested for stealing clothing and paint in the 1300 block of Highway K on March 19. </li> <li>Gas was stolen in the 2000 block of Highway K on March 20. </li> </ul>   *** For questions about this blotter, email joe.barker@patch.com.
