Stealing <ul> <li>A 27-year-old Moberly man was arrested for stealing video games from the 1300 block of Highway K. </li> <li>Gas was stolen after a customer failed to pay in the 900 block of Bryan Road. </li> <li>Three unlocked cars at Democracy Circle were broken into on April 19. Among the items stolen were: DVD, clothing, GPS, flashlight, goggles and cash.</li> <li>Three juveniles were taken into custody on April 19 at Sternwheel Court for stealing.
