Stealing <ul> <li>Jewelry, clothing, toiletry, a toy, a cooler and a plaque were stolen from Walmart. A 21-year-old O'Fallon female was arrested.</li> <li>A laptop, case, charger and change were stolen from an unlocked vehicle at Statesman Drive on April 19.</li> <li>Victim in the 500 block of Galway Drive was advised they won a prize, but were told they would have to put cash on MoneyPak cards.
