Faith Chapel Summer Watermelon Festival

  • When/Where? Friday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. at Faith Chapel, 6747 Keats Rd, O Fallon.
  • What? This free event offers watermelon and games for the whole family to enjoy. 

Excel Speed Camp

  • When/Where? Friday, June 29 at 9 a.m. at  5055 Highway N, St. Peters. 
  • What? Excel hosts a camp to help runners with sprinting technique, stride and time. Cost is $99. Call 636-926-3277 or email info@trainatexcel.com to reserve your spot. Third Graders and older are welcome.

St. Louis Wind Symphony Patriotic Concert

  • When/Where? Friday, June 29 at 7 p.m. at the , 520 N Main Ctr, St. Charles.
  • What? Start your Fourth of July celebrations with the Saint Louis Wind Symphony, as they play patriotic tunes. Cost is $5. Doors open at 6 p.m. For tickets or more information, call 636-255-0270.

  • When/Where? Friday, June 29 at 8 p.m. at 3544 Galt House Dr, Saint Charles.
  • What? New Town shows outdoor movies during the summer in the amphitheatre. Show starts at sundown. This Friday, bring the family out for Kung Fu Panda 2.

Saturday Writers Monthly Meeting

  • When/Where? Saturday, June 30 at 11 a.m. at the _, 1 Saint Peters Centre Blvd., St. Peters.
  • What? The Saturday Writers chapter of the Missouri Writers' Guild hosts a monthly meeting, where local writers can network and learn from one another. Each meeting features a guest speaker and visitors are welcome. 

Patriotic Celebration at First United Methodist Church

  • When/Where? All day on Sunday, July 1 at , 801 1st Capitol Dr., St. Charles.
  • What? The church will sing "America, God Shed His Grace on Thee" and honor veterans during all three services on Sunday.

Sunday Bingo in Wentzville

  • When/Where? Sunday, July 1 at 2 p.m. at the  , 504 Highway 61, Wentzville.
  • What? Everyone age 16 and older is invited to enjoy food and drinks with a game of Bingo. Bingo includes $3,600 payout, progressive game, horse derby and other events. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. and the games start at 2 p.m. Cost is $17.
