Woman Airlifted to Hospital After Crash on Route N

A St. Charles woman was taken by helicopter to Barnes Jewish Hospital Tuesday night after she crashed her car on Route N, north of Brassel Drive.

Joanna B. Spielberg, 42, was driving on Route N around 10:55 p.m. when she failed to negotiate a curve and traveled off the right side of the road and overturned.

Her injuries were classified as serious and she was taken to Barnes Jewish Hospital by Arch Helicopter, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's crash report..
