• Savannah High School student arrested for allegedly pulling a pistol out on school property (newspressnow.com) — An 18-year-old Savannah High School senior was arrested after allegedly displaying a handgun from a pickup during a verbal dispute on school property, though no one was hurt and officials say there was no ongoing threat. The student faces an unlawful use of a weapon charge, a $10,000 bond, and restrictions on contact and firearm possession, with arraignment set this afternoon at the Andrew County Courthouse.
